My mission is to empower as many people as possible with their own self-awareness so they can live a healthy life that they desire and are meant to live in order to have a life of happiness.

Biography

Wendy Rodgers is a motivational wellness coach, with experience in personal training, physical education, nutrition, and psychological support. Her background in playing college basketball, coaching high school basketball, teaching Physical Education, and being a certified personal trainer showcases her passion for fitness and overall health. She is fueled by her passion for helping people to become their BEST. To age gracefully by having daily movement, eating real foods produced by nature and not in a factory, teaching on the toxic ingredients in our food and supplements. To teach people how to know their special, specific bodies and becoming aware of what works for them.

Her hunger for knowledge and determination to make a significant change in people has contributed to many lives being changed. She is able to relate to her clients due to her own health struggles. She has been the yo-yo dieter, the binger, the person who depended on fat burners for years, the person who worked out for hours each day, the person who would starve herself or go on detoxes consisting of juices in order to flush out her system of the pack of Oreo’s, entire small pizza, a couple of Blue Moon’s and 2 – 4 doughnuts only to do it all over again next weekend. In the end, it messed up her hormones and a lot more. But from all of this, she came out more knowledgeable and better equipped to handle all ages.

Wendy believes that mindset is everything. Growing up we take on beliefs from our parents, our friends, society, and now social media. We believe that by 40 any chance of weight loss or health improvement is going to be nearly impossible. We believe that we have to eat minimal carbs, go keto, do hours of cardio, and for some a low carb or keto diet might work for their specific body and/or current health status. My mission is to empower as many people as possible with their own self-awareness so they can live a healthy life that they desire and are meant to live in order to have a life of happiness.
